PUPARAZZA caught up with Chica earlier today while she was prancing around Virginia Highlands hamming it up (PUPARAZZA did manage to get her to take one serious shot) and showing off her vintage "grandpa" sweater. Grandpa sweaters are all the rage these days and PUPARAZZA <3's 'em... but snowflakes in March??? PUPARAZZA'S verdict: with that colorful personality and panache, Chica can pull anything off with style and swagger!!!
